• Once a purchase is confirmed and access is granted, we do not offer refunds or cancellations, except as outlined below.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same service.

• Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the purchased mock test(s) due to a verified technical fault from our side.

• Unauthorized Transaction: If payment was made without your authorization and is validated by our payment gateway.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Wrong product or test selected by the user.

• Incomplete or unsuccessful attempts to complete a test due to user-side issues (e.g., internet failure, device malfunction).

• Requests made after 7 days of purchase.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Since our products are delivered digitally with instant access, cancellations are not possible once a payment is made.

• Subscription-based services can be cancelled for the next billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for the current cycle.

5. Refund Processing
